format. With an integrated power detector and 43 dBm TOI, this device is ideal for linear power amplifiers or test
equipment in the point to point radio and VSAT markets. Running off 6V at 1300 mA, the TGA2533 offers 28 dB of
gain in a 3.2 x 3.0 x 0.1mm DIE.
