 July 3, 2013 Electro-Photonics LLC announces the availability of a wideband power amplifier operating from 0.7 - 4.2 GHz. Our new EPA-0742P1-SF uses the latest GaN technology to achieve a gain of 46 dB and an exceptional gain flatness of ±1 dB. This amplifier provides 30 dBm output power in a very small package (6.49 x 2.87 x 1.89 inches).
