Planar Monolithics Industries has introduced PMI Model No. IFE-DRS-KIT, an Integrated Front End (IFE) unit that consists of a low noise amplifier, RF Log Detector, and a low noise video amplifier. This integrated unit was designed to support a phased array radar automated test set. Operational frequency is in the 9-10 GHz band with an input power level of -40 to -48 dBm.
