Materials Properties

It is difficult to find two or more websites with lists of material properties that agree on assigned values. Most are in agreement within three or four significant places, but beyond that, there can be major disagreements. For that reason, I have used values that match best with the majority of sites researched. If you need greater precision, I suggest that you do your own research and then actually contact the source of the data.

Finding published values for density is pretty easy, but thermal conductivity, thermal expansion, resistivity, etc., is a crap shoot. In cases where I could not find agreement on numbers, I chose to not list anything. Since a lot of people rely on RF Cafe for accurate information, my policy is to present nothing rather then present questionable or non-verifiable data.
