Jon Stewart on the iPhone 4G Fiasco
Videos for Engineers

RF Cafe Videos for Engineers - Jon Stewart on the iPhone 4G fiascoUnless you've been held prisoner in a Taliban cave for the last couple weeks, you know about the whole Apple iPhone-4G-prototype-left-at-a-bar-and-exposed-by-Gizmodo thing. Jon Stewart took a poke at Steve Jobs for his company's approach to resolution. "Apple, you guys were the rebels, man, the underdogs," he says at one point. "People believed in you. But now, are you becoming The Man? Remember back in 1984, you had those awesome ads about overthrowing Big Brother? Look in the mirror, man!," says Jon.

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling 2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...
