Modelithics® Releases the COMPLETE Library™ v22.5 for Keysight
Technologies' PathWave Advanced Design System
Over 20 Years of Precision Measurements and Modeling Excellence!
Tampa, Florida (October 24, 2022) – Modelithics is pleased to announce the release
of the latest version, v22.5, of the
Modelithics COMPLETE Library for use with Keysight Technologies' PathWave Advanced
Design System (ADS).
New nonlinear models for 7 Qorvo GaAs pHEMT devices are another major aspect
of version 22.5. These models are validated to 40 GHz and include advanced features
like self-heating and ambient temperature effects. In addition, the release includes
a new nonlinear model for the Mini-Circuits TAV2-501+ E-pHEMT transistor. This model
is validated to 15 GHz and is both substrate and temperature scalable. Finally,
new models are also available for Transcom's TC2381 and TC2384 pHEMT transistors.
This version also adds a total of 26 new models representing over 40 individual
components to the Modelithics COMPLETE Library. With these new additions, the Modelithics
COMPLETE Library now includes over 825 models that represent over 25,000 passive
and active RF/microwave components.
Version 22.5 includes new scalable Microwave Global Models™ for the Kyocera-AVX
550Z and 550U capacitor series and UBR0402 resistor series. Also included are new
Microwave Global Models for Vishay's FCHP0402xxxBGT and FCHP0402xxxBTT resistor
series and Tecdia's HBCR22AY20X10X5A02 and HBC2R2KY20X10X5A02 variable capacitors.
Version 22.5 also adds new models for the CA0505D attenuator series and several
resistors from Smiths Interconnect as well as new S-parameter models for MACOM's
MACP-011088 coupler, MAPD-011062 splitter, and MABA-011125 transformer.
