High Power Multi-In Multi-Out (MIMO) System Delivers 100W for Long Range Applications
Triad RF has developed a high power system that extends the distance
a typical Mobile Network MMIO (MN-MIMO) operates over. Utilizing Triad's high power bi-directional amplifiers
(BDAs), the Transmit RF output power of the four (4) channel MIMO radio is increased by 25 dB. The receive
link is increased by 10 dB to overcome any losses in system connections. The unit can operate over specific
frequency bands from 400 MHz to 6 GHz. Features include an on-board computer to monitor all system diagnostics,
Ethernet/SNMP interface capabilities for remote monitoring / communicating, fiber optic I/O, front panel
Ethernet connection, circuit breaker protection on each channel, and cooling fans. Input power capability
covers both 110 and 220 VAC. The system went through and passed the following environmental tests methods:
MIL-STD-810 MIL-STD-461 MIL-STD-901 MIL-STD-167 The unit is presently in production with frequency,
power and interface variations in development. Call sales at 855-558-1001 x1 for details and specifics.
Amplifier System for Cube and Nano Satellites
The TTRR1086 is a dual bi-directional rack mount system designed
for CubeSat GCS (Ground Station) applications. It contains two redundant transmit/receive chains that
operate from 400-450 MHz with a transmit power of 170W per channel. It can be used with a multitude
of waveforms, from GMSK/BPSK up to highly modulated signals such as 64QAM and 256QAM for higher data
rate applications. Rx gain is 22dB and noise figure is approximately 1.3 dB across the band. The system
features forward and reflected power monitoring, high speed Tx/Rx switching, temperature monitoring,
and amplifier status monitoring. It is also available with Ethernet / SNMP interfaces for remote control
and monitoring. It is contained in a 3U rack mount chassis and is designed for long term reliability.

700-6000 MHz 20W SSPA
The
TA1164 is a broadband GaN SSPA, designed for general-purpose RF test and military
jamming applications. Internal DC conversion allows for a +12 to + 36 VDC supply voltage. CW output
power is 10W min, 20W typical across the band. Small signal gain is 33 dB typical. The module measures
4.9 x 4.7 x 2.08 inches. RF connectors are SMA Female, and the DC Connector is a 7W2 Male.
