Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...

Triad RF Systems Intros a 400 to 450 MHz, 32 W, BDAAugust 29, 2017: Triad RF Systems announces the TTRM1076, a 400 to 450 MHz, 32 W bidirectional amplifier (BDA) designed for high data rate military and commercial radios. It is capable of 12-watt 64QAM OFDM output and 32-watt peak power for lower data rate FM/BPSK applications. High speed switching of 1 μS makes it compatible with time division duplex (TDD) mesh radio systems.

Triad RF Systems TTRM1076 Specifications - RF CafeThis class A LDMOS module is designed for both military and commercial applications. It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. The latest device technologies and design methods are employed to offer high power density, efficiency, and linearity in a small, lightweight package.
