September 3, 2018 (Spain, Arlington, VA) - ERZIA Technologies announces availability
of the ERZ-HPA-0850-0980-53
pulsed, High Power Amplifier (HPA) based on GaN technology and focused for Radar applications
in X-band. It provides 250 W in a compact size and modularity. With this new release
ERZIA increments the High Power Amplifier family in X-band dedicated to radar applications.
 This part is compliant with EU 2011 / 65 /UE
RoHS (Restrictions on the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic
Equipment) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemical
substances) directives.
