RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling 2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while typing up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...

September 3, 2018 (Spain, Arlington, VA) - ERZIA Technologies announces availability of the ERZ-HPA-0850-0980-53 pulsed, High Power Amplifier (HPA) based on GaN technology and focused for Radar applications in X-band. It provides 250 W in a compact size and modularity. With this new release ERZIA increments the High Power Amplifier family in X-band dedicated to radar applications.

ERZIA Technologies in Booth 012 at European Microwave Week 2018 - RF CafeIn December 2002, Founder Luis García decided to start a new company in order to apply innovative concepts and technology available in at that time rising mobile phone industry, to the more conservative space industry. ERZIA won its first contract with the European Space Agency in 2003 for the development of a Satellite Link. Emulator to be used for testing and type approving satellite user terminals against the newly created Satlabs standard for DVB-RCS. In 2005, ERZIA won its first ever contract to design and manufacture spaceflight hardware for the LISA Pathfinder mission. That was followed by a number of other programs and ERZIA started its career in space.
