Mini-Circuits announces
in its product lineup the
availability of four new devices in its lineup of RF and microwave components. Included
are a MMIC 2-way 90° hybrid covers 5 to 11 GHz, a broadband 75 Ω surface-mount transformer
covers 10 to 1400 MHz, a wideband MMIC balun covers 5500 to 13500 MHz in 3 x 3 mm QFN
package, and an ultra-wideband coaxial LNA matched from 0.5 to 15 GHz.
Tiny MMIC 2-Way 90° Hybrid Covers 5 to 11 GHz
EPQ-113+ is an ultra-wideband MMIC 2-way 90° hybrid covering a wide range of applications
from the 5 to 11 MHz. Fabricated using IPD process on GaAs, this model provides
0.6 dB typical insertion loss, 19 dB isolation, 3.7° phase unbalance, and 0.8 dB
amplitude unbalance. Capable of handling RF input power handling up to +32 dBm for
5 min max and +30 dBm continuous, the hybrid supports power requirements for use
in both transmit and receive paths. Housed in a tiny 4x4mm QFN package, it provides excellent
repeatability and high reliability in operating environments from -45 to +85 °C.
This tiny hybrid is an ideal building block for signal processing designs requiring 90°
phase offset and to insulate circuits from reflective elements.
Broadband 75 Ω Surface-Mount Transformer Covers 10 to 1400 MHz
TCM2-142-75X+ is a surface-mount transmission line transformer supporting use in 75 Ω
systems operating over the 10 to 1400 MHz range. This model provides a secondary/primary
impedance ratio of 2:1 with 1.3 dB insertion loss, 17 dB typical return loss,
0.5 dB amplitude, and 10° phase unbalance. The transformer handles up to 0.4W
RF power and 30 mA DC current. It features core and wire construction mounted on
a 5-pad plastic base with gold over nickel termination finish. This tiny unit occupies
only 0.15 x 0.15 x 0.15" of board space and features Mini-Circuits' unique Top Hat feature
to improve speed and accuracy of pick and place assembly.
Wideband MMIC Balun Covers 5500 to 13500 MHz in 3 x 3 mm QFN
Package
Mini-Circuits' MTX2-143+ is a wideband MMIC balun transformer with an impedance ratio
of 2:1 covering a wide range of applications from 5500 to 13500 MHz. This model
is designed for applications where conversion of a single-ended 50 Ω line
into a balanced 100 Ω line is needed. Fabricated using IPD process technology, this
model provides outstanding repeatability from lot to lot. The transformer achieves 1.3 dB
insertion loss, 1.0 dB amplitude unbalance, 8° phase unbalance, and RF power
handling up to +34 dBm (2.5 W). The unit comes housed in a tiny, 12-pad 3 x
3 x 0.80 mm QFN package with low inductance and excellent thermal efficiency.
Ultra-Wideband Coaxial LNA Matched from 0.5 to 15 GHz
ZX60-153LN+ is an ultra-wideband connectorized LNA providing low noise figure of typically
2.4 dB across the entire 0.5 to 15 GHz frequency range, supporting a broad
range of applications including WiFi, LTE, S-Band radar, C-Band and X-band SatCom and
test instrumentation. It delivers 17 dB typical gain with ±2.7 dB flatness,
P1dB of +16 dBm, and +28 dBm IP3. The amplifier operates on a single +12 V
supply with low current consumption and comes housed in a rugged, compact unibody case
(0.74 x 0.75 x 0.46") with SMA connectors. Click here for full details...
