January 18, 2018: The TA1109 is a small form factor
circuit card amplifier designed to be integrated into CubeSat and NanoSat satellite systems.
Weighing in at less than a half an ounce, the TA1109 is perfect for applications where
small size and weight reduction is critical. Operating at 2000-2500 MHz, the TA1109
offers up to 4 W of output power, with a voltage input range of +9 to +14 VDC.
This class AB GaN module is designed for both military
and commercial applications. It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation
format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. The
latest device technologies and design methods are employed to offer high power density,
efficiency, and linearity in a small, lightweight package.
